Seems to be very well made, and it certainly produces evenly browned toast unlike some other toasters I have purchased.
Did I mention it has dials? That makes it an instant purchase as far as I am concerned!

Seems after 40+ years of searching for a toaster my husband will be happy with, I think we may have found it, touch wood. It Browns evenly and does not burn the crusts of unsliced bread. It cooks frozen bread well. We have had no burnt to a crisp slices at all, every slice has been good. All in all my husband is very satisfied with this toaster. It is well worth the money. Would certainly recommend this toaster and would certainly buy Delonghi again.

Don't think about buying anything other than this toaster. We couldn't be more pleased as well as being a smart addition to our kitchen, matching the kettle it also makes brilliant toast. I wouldn't have anything else.
